Who we are
We are Green Pedal, a company specialized in adding electric assistance to bicycles. We are passionate about bicycles and we want to help as many people as possible to cycle more easily. We started our business by modifying our own bikes to add electric assistance, and quickly realized we could help others do the same. Our goal is to make cycling more accessible to everyone, by offering affordable electric solutions for existing non-electric bicycles.

What type of motor and battery do you install?
We offer the installation of a Bafang motor, the most powerful motor on the market. It is a high performance 48v motor, with a power of 750w, and a battery of 16.5 AH.
How much does an installation cost?
For the majority of bikes, installation costs $1,800, taxes included. For bikes where the battery holder is installed on a rear rack of the bike, it costs the holder which is not included. For fat bikes a 120 mm axle is required and costs an additional $125.
How long does an installation take?
Installation usually takes between 3 and 4 hours.
What types of bikes can be converted to electric bikes?
Most bikes can be converted into electric bikes, such as urban bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, hybrid bikes, mountain bikes, fat bikes and others. Different brands of bikes can also be converted such as Cannondale, Devinci, Garneau, Giant, Scott, Specialized, Trek, Wilier and many more.
What distance does the battery life offer?
The battery life offers on average a distance of more than 125km. Please note that the autonomy varies according to the type of battery in place, according to the type of road (slope of terrain), favorable winds or not and according to the level of assistance chosen by the cyclist.
Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Our work is guaranteed for a period of one year on parts and labor.
